Resumo
The promotion of workers' health has been challenged by labor contexts marked by productivity intensification and precarious working conditions. In this scenario, Integrative and Complementary Health Practices (ICHP), with emphasis on body practices, emerge as powerful care strategies. This qualitative and descriptive study aimed to analyze the limits and possibilities of integrative body practices in promoting workers' health at a public reference unit for integrative medicine in the State of Goiás, Brazil. The methodology was based on documentary analysis of nine supervised internship reports in Physical Education carried out between 2023 and 2024. The results show that the unit’s multiprofessional environment, along with the "Bem-viver no Trabalho" project, allowed students to experience practices such as meditation, yoga, and playful dynamics, promoting benefits such as stress reduction and enhanced body awareness. It is concluded that the role of Physical Education professionals can be expanded in workers' health, especially when integrating ICHP knowledge into their practice, contributing to more integrative, humanized, and reflective care within the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS).
