Resumo
This Final Paper investigates the possibilities of editorial design and hypermedia as a tool for the perpetuation of indigenous narratives for children. Based on the methodology proposed by Garret (2011), adapted for editorial production, the objective of the work is to produce a digital book in interactive and hypermedia appbook format for smartphones, which has as users children from 9 to 11 years old. The indigenous narrative chosen for the development of this project is the 2019 short story "Wʉhʉ Siburu, The Sieves of Arumã" by Jaime Diakara, about the creation of planet Earth according to the Desana people. As a result, the project contributes to the dissemination and preservation of native culture and literature, ensuring that the history and the protagonism of these peoples are echoed and perpetuated to new generations.
