Uso de redes sociais e o comportamento de procrastinação: uma revisão narrativa

Abstract

The use of the internet has grown significantly in recent years. On the other hand, procrastination has also emerged as a recurring behavior. In this context, the primary aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between these two phenomena. A narrative review was conducted on procrastination behavior and its relationship with social media use. The study was grounded in the theoretical framework of the Behavior Analysis. The results indicated that both procrastination and social media use are current, recurring, and related behaviors. However, there is a need for future empirical research to further analyze this relationship in order to understand its directionality
