“Ser mulher”: relações de gênero e resistências cantadas nas canções-desabafo de Vanusa

Abstract

This text aims to demonstrate the importance of songs from singer-songwriter Vanusa's repertoire;which addressed themes such as violence against women, tensions in marital relationships and difficulties in motherhood. Despite the social importance contained in these sung words, in her last years, Vanusa did not receive as much recognition as she could have, due to her artistic trajectory, but she became the target of repeated prominent joking comments, regarding forgetfulness she made during presentations . In this way, we seek to highlight the meanings constructed in detail through writing, singingand performances, for the suffering and silence of so many women, as well as for encouraging the breaking of cycles of violence.Este texto tiene como objetivo demostrar la importancia de las canciones incluidas en el repertorio de la cantante y compositora Vanusa;las canciones abordaron temas como la violencia contra la mujer, las tensiones en las relaciones matrimoniales y las dificultades en la maternidad durante los años 70 y 80 contenidos en estas palabras cantadas. , en sus últimos años, Vanusa no recibió mucho reconocimiento por su aporte social, derivado de su trayectoria artística. De esta manera, buscamos resaltar la producción de un debate de género detalladamente construido a través de la escritura, el canto y la performance, reconociendo también que las reflexiones presentes en la obra de la cantante denunciaron el sufrimiento y el silencio de tantas mujeres, además de alentar la ruptura ciclos de violencia.
