Resumo
This monograph aims to 'Identify the communicational relations that occur in the website of the Casa de Cora Coralina Museum for the preservation of memory and the impacts on the user experience'. Three specific objectives were determined: 1) To identify the communicational relations in the museum's website; 2) To understand the importance of the
digitization and virtualization of museums for the preservation of memory and 3) To investigate the typologies of museums on the Internet. As a theoretical reference, it was sought to make a dialogue between the authors of the areas of communication, museology and history such as Di Felice (2009), Carlos Scolari (2008), Pierre Lévy (2006), Rosali Henriques (2004), Merlin Donald Pierre Nora (1993), Ecléa Bosi (1994) and Maurice Halbwachs (2003). Edgar Morin's Theory of Complexity was used as a method and the methodology consisted of an atopic approach with Di Felice, Torres and Yanaze (2012), exploratory bibliographical research, ethnography with participant observation, netnography with Fragoso, Recuero and Amaral ( 2011), analysis and categorization of the museum's website and application of an online questionnaire about the user experience. With the research and analysis carried out it can be concluded that the museum's website is a projection of the physical museum in virtuality with detailed information in digital format and possibility of virtual visit that contribute to the preservation of the memory of Cora Coralina and that gives the user experience different from the face-to-face visit.
