O fio: a poética bordada do eu

Abstract

This autobiographical research focuses on investigating and producing, based on my artistic practices, issues of representation regarding my recognition and gender identity as a woman. Through the self-representation of my female body through embroidery, I seek dialogues with power and belonging that intertwine with mythology in its symbolic aspect of spinners and the double. To this end, I will speak on the following axes: semiology, the political strategies of feminist philosophy on gender and libertarian narrative practices.
