Resumo
This paper reports the results of research that aimed to identify the pedagogical ideas present in
the work of Graduate Education, Faculty of Education, Federal University of Goiás, period 2016-2010. It is a case
study, based on dialectics, developed as a collaborative work of researchers associated with Redecentro - Network
researchers on faculty in the Midwest Region/Brazil. The approach is qualitative, from which systematized the
analysis through two categories: method and pedagogical ideas, focusing on the quality of the proposed education.
The results show that the present ideology in academic research defines a concept neoliberal quality, therefore,
market; the pedagogical ideas identified supports the same ideology endorsed by the knowledge society, whose
ideology masks the reality stating that education is for all, as a right of peoples. However, the pedagogical ideas by
showing neoliberal distances itself from human emancipation process. Thus unveiling this ideological condition that
permeates the knowledge society and academic literature can help review the pedagogical ideas and delegated
quality education with a view to a social quality, so against hegemonic.
