Item Uma análise sobre as novas modalidades de financiamento imobiliário(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2020-06-16) Barra, Willian do Amaral; Lemes, Max Valério; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6512955169729670; Lemes, Max Valério; Moreira, Fernando Ricardo; Lourenço, Kélem GomesThis dissertation presents a discussion on the importance of Financial Mathematics and Financial Education in relation to practical everyday situations, such as when contracting real estate financing. In August 2019, a decision by the National Monetary Council changed the rules for contracting real estate financing, with this, new financing modalities emerged. We will perform some simulations of real estate financing comparing the current modalities, assessing the advantages and disadvantages of the credit lines offered. To support the discussions on financing, we will present some concepts and examples related to financial mathematics, such as interest rates, compound capitalization system, uniform series and amortization systems. Concepts and laws that regulate the real estate financing system will be presented in order to assist the reader in making strategic decisions.Item Ensino de empreendedorismo na educação básica. Although the term entrepreneurship is widely discussed today, how to work it at school, be it public or private? In this work it is shown three practical experiences related to the topic. We started with the study of the National Common Curricular Base, highlighting the skills and competences related to the proposed theme. In the National High School Exam, we tried to highlight how much the issues surrounding the proposed themes appear, in a historical series since the exam was created. The reader will be introduced to the importance of Financial Education, its relationship with Financial Mathematics and also, to a report of a practical and successful application in Elementary Education. Fiscal Education or Tax Education, with an emphasis on practice, demonstrated in the second proposal of work in a public school with high school students. We organized these two aspects and, in the third Work Proposal, the broader Educational Entrepreneurship project is presented, in which it is then possible to work with the connected disciplines. In this context, the relations of consumption, value, price are explored and the student is led to think in the short, medium and long term.Item As estratégias de um milhão(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2020-07-14) Roque, Aguiobey de Souza; Lemes, Max Valério; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6512955169729670; Silva, Geci José Pereira da; Veras, Daiane Soares; Lemes, Max ValérioThis work presents the content of financial mathematics, which is presented in high school in a superficial way, where its examples are neither practical nor real, which hinders interest and learning. We managed to observe many financial decisions all wrongly, so in this work we report situations in which we can use financial mathematics to make better decisions in life. We show some savings (basic concepts), financing, financing systems, investments and strategies for the accumulation of equity. The work aims to show a comparison between three strategies for the accumulation of equity that have the same financial effort in their realization. At the end of each strategy, the accumulated equity includes a property and a sum of money, the difference of which reaches up to 32.5 % in favor of the winning strategy.Item Educação financeira: uma estratégia de como aumentar a sua aposentadoria(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2021-03-25) Tadeu, Reinaldo Resende; Lemes, Max Valério; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6512955169729670; Tadeu, Reinaldo Resende; Lourenço, Kélem Gomes; Veras, Daiane SoaresThis dissertation presents a historical discussion about social security and labor reforms in Brazil, showing the loss of workers rights and the crisis of the public social security system. It emphasizes the need to plan alternatives to supplement retirement and the importance of the citizen to measure his her desires and needs. An investment study will be built with an emphasis on Real Estate Investment Funds. At the end, simulations will be built, showing that it is possible to build equity and a retirement supplement by investing low percentages of salary in real estate funds. Given the current scenario where teaching will be conducted by the common national curriculum base in which the teachings will be based on skills and abilities, this work can be used by high school teachers as a formative itinerary that allows the student to deepen their knowledge in one or more areas knowledge of your interest, in this case in nancial mathematics.
