Item Formação acadêmica e atuação profissional de nutricionistas de núcleos de apoio à saúde da família de Goiás(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2013-11-22) Aguiar, Camilla Botêga; Costa, Nilce Maria da Silva Campos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6977373149115047; Costa, Nilce Maria da Silva Campos; Menezes, Ida Helena Carvalho; Mortoza, Andrea SugaiThe current model of Health Care in Brazil prioritizes health promotion, prevention, control and treatment of health problems of individuals and families with integrity and continues. These actions are directly or indirectly related to food , requiring the insertion of a nutritionist in Primary Health The aim of this study was to analyze the academic performance and nutritionists professionals of the Centers of Support for Family Health of the State of Goiás, from the perspective of the researched, with a descriptive, exploratory, cross-sectional. For data collection we used a self-administered questionnaire with open and closed questions to characterize and study the academic and professional performance of the nutritionists. The data was tabulated in Excel and made a descriptive analysis of variables. The participants were 22 nutritionists , female , representing 88 % of the nutritionists from Centers of Support for Family Health of the State of Goiás. From these , 59.1 % had less than three years of graduation; 13.6 % had made a specialization in Health Family , 27.3 % felt qualified to work professionally with reflection on the socioeconomic , political and cultural territory. Regarding performance, 80 % are hired temporarily, 36.4 % worked for less than a year, 18.2 % were trained before the start of activities and 59.1 % felt somewhat qualified for working on the Centers of Support for Family Health. On the professional practice, (9.1%) nutritionists argued over a matrix model meetings and references used on the tool. Teamwork was appointed as facilitator of actions performed (40.9 %), and no knowledge of the role of Centers of Support for Family Health as a factor that hinders (31.8 %). The nutritionists from Centers of Support for Family Health of the State of Goiás have little professional experience and qualifications to work in family health. Have difficulties to understand the local reality. The form of entrance affects the bond between the professionals and the public. The matrix model was just highlighted in meetings and theoretical support. There is need for more studies on the Centers of Support for Family Health.Item A prática dos estágios em Saúde Coletiva e Pet-Saúde/RAS na formação em odontologia no Sistema Único de Saúde(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2016-01-27) Cassiano, Cenise Cristina Zago; Costa, Nilce Maria da Silva Campos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6977373149115047; Costa, Nilce Maria da Silva Campos; Nunes, Maria de Fátima; Pessoni, Grécia Carolina; Naghettini, Alessandra Vitorino; Ribeiro Filho, Sebastião AlvesThis research analyses the developed experiences at internships and curricular practices, in the perspective of the Pró and PET-Saúde programs, on the graduation of health professionals coursing Odontology at the Universidade Federal de Goiás (UFG), in the city of Goiânia. It was analysed the following discipline: Collective Odontology Internship II (EOC) and Not Curricular PET- Saúde/RAS (Education for Health Work Program/Attention to Health Net) Intership, throughout the description of the professional formation processes, on the preceptor and academic perspective, in their own graduation experience in the and for the Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). Furthermore, it was identified the focus of the course and it was described the conceptual attributes developed in the curricular matrix, in light of the National Curriculum Guidelines (DCN's). Also, it was analysed the incorporation of the principles and guidelines of the Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) in the process of higher education formation. To fulfil this objectives, a descriptive study was conducted with a qualitative approach. It was used as data analysis techniques 1) documental analyseis of the political pedagogical of the course and of the disciplinary menu internship, 2) Observations on the intership shield, 3) interview with preceptors of the Collective Odontology Internship II (EOC) and PET-Saúde/RAS (Education for Health Work Program/ Attention to Health Net). The results showed that there is predominance of the guided formation by the National Curriculum Guidelines; the support of the Pró-PET- Saúde contributed to the integration teaching-service- community, favouring the implementation of the DCN's for the course of Odontology from UFG in the practice field. it wasn't identified the interdisciplinary work on the field observations, neither in the interviews, therefore, the inter professional remains a critical point in SUS, where there is a lacky of clarification and disposition to develop it. The execution of public policies in the education field and health graduation favours the implementation of the DCN's in the Odontology course of UFG and transforms the health practices. In this way, the research indicates that the making of both intership brought the students some learning opportunities, reflexion and comprehension of SUS, being clear its limits and challenges.Item Avaliação de tendências de mudanças em escolas médicas goianas(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2021-03-03) Rabelo, Eliane Consuelo Alves; Costa, Nilce Maria da Silva Campos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6977373149115047; Costa, Nilce Maria da Silva Campos; Lampert, Jadete Barbosa; Menezes, Ida Helena Carvalho FrancescantonioThe present study sought to identify the typology of trend of changes in which two medical schools from Goiás (one public and one private), comparing these results to those obtained by the Comissão de Avaliação de Escolas da Área da Saúde / Associação Brasileira de Educação Médica in 2008 and 2013. This is a descriptive and exploratory study, qualitative and quantitative, along the lines of the Comissão de Avaliação de Escolas da Área da Saúde / Associação Brasileira de Educação Médica Medical Schools Evaluation Program, which proposes the use of the Método da Roda, through the realization of a focus group and the application of a self-assessment questionnaire course for data collection. The self-assessment was carried out in 2019, by institutional actors representing the two schools who answered the 17 questions related to the 5 conceptual axes present in the instrument: world of work, pedagogical project, pedagogical approach, practice scenarios and teacher development. The objective answers allowed identifying the school's typology (Traditional, Innovative with Traditional Tendency, Innovative with Advanced, Advanced Tendency). The justifications and evidence enabled the qualitative analysis of content according to Bardin. School 1 presented Innovative typology with an Advanced trend in 2008, Innovative with a Traditional trend in 2013 and, again, Innovative with an Advanced trend in 2019. It highlighted as strength the Pedagogical Project and Practice Scenarios axes and fragility the axes Teacher Development and Pedagogical Approach. School 2, on the other hand, showed advanced typology in 2013 and 2019, with the axes of Practice Scenarios and Pedagogical Approach with a greater advanced tendency, and the fragile World of Work and Teacher Development axes. Institutional self-assessment allowed us to identify a movement towards compliance with the National Curriculum Guidelines, with changes based on Pedagogical Project innovations and the regular use of varied practice scenarios, however, the lack of adequate teacher training persists as an obstacle to the movement of changes, even after the incisive guidelines of the new National Curriculum Guidelines.Item Construção e validação de ferramenta virtual em tratamento racional de Diabetes mellitus(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2014-02-10) Silva, Eldeci Cardoso da; Taleb, Alexandre Chater; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3191620401627150; Costa, Nilce Maria da Silva Campos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6977373149115047; Taleb, Alexandre Chater; Affiune Neto, Abrahão; Pereira, Edna Regina SilvaVirtual Clinical cases are effective interactive tools for assessing clinical skills, simulating various aspects of doctor patient interaction. The aims of this study were to develop and psychometrically validate a virtual tool to assess knowledge about the diagnosis and rational treatment of diabetes mellitus, based on its pathophysiology, in a computer graphical user interface, and to propose a model of support for teaching, in order to promote Telecare and Tele-education. This was a methodological development study with a quantitative approach. The virtual clinical cases were applied to a group of 14 doctors from a universe of 60 Endocrinologists (experts) and to another group of 72 third-year medical school students. The process followed the guidelines for the evaluation of psychometric properties with descriptive and inferential analyses. For reliability analysis, Cronbach's alpha was applied to expert, student and all-group questionnaires (,890: ,606: ,770). The difference in scores between experts and students was highly significant by Friedman (p > 0.01) and Wilcoxon (p > 0.001) tests. From the analysis of the scores, a manual for regulation of VCC and a graphical interface in virtual clinical case format (simulation) were created, linked to a database hosted on the Telehealth system – Goiás Federal University of Goias platform. The instrument is easy to understand and to use by subjects. When applied to students and medical professionals, the instrument also fulfills a function of process evaluation parallel to the formative process and can also be useful in continuing education in the FHS. In summary, the VCC resulted in an instrument with proven psychometric properties and features, and can therefore be considered a valid and reliable instrument to measure knowledge about the diagnosis and rational treatment of DM based on its pathophysiology. The project has pioneered, since there was not an online tool, developed and previously validated for reviewing of clinical cases. We intend to continue this project expanding its use for formative assessment and continuing education in other specialties of internal medicine.
