Item Efeitos da ação bioestimulatória do Laser de baixa potência associada à aplicação de fração estromal vascular contendo células-tronco derivadas de tecido adiposo no tratamento de feridas por queimadura em ratos(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2015-05-22) Cardoso, Alexandre Lamaro; Lino Júnior, Ruy de Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0372118837748010; Bachion, Maria Márcia; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8503907944360635; Bachion, Maria Márcia; Parizotto, Nivaldo Antônio; Parente, Leila Maria LealStromal vascular fraction and irradiation with low level laser are resources potencially applicable in the treatment of burn injuries. Objectives This study aimed to: (i) analyze the macroscopic, microscopic and morphometric effects of stromal vascular fraction application compared to conventional care in 3rd degree burn injuries in rats; (ii) analyze the macroscopic, microscopic and morphometric effects of stromal vascular fraction containing adipose derived stem cells application associated with low level laser compared to conventional care in 3rd degree burn injuries in rats; (iii) whether the macroscopic, microscopic and morphometric effects of stromal vascular fraction containing adipose derived stem cells application associated with low level laser irradiation are dependent on the irradiation dose applied. Method: This project was approved by the Ethics Committee on the use of animals at UFG, protocol number 035/2013. All animals received injections of stromal vascular fraction prepared from adipose tissue extracted from a animal donor and occlusive dressing. The animals were divided into 5 groups: control (CT), stromal vascular fraction (SVF), stromal vascular fraction plus Laser at 27mW of power (SVFL27), stromal vascular fraction plus Laser at 53mW of power (SVFL53) and stromal vascular fraction plus Laser at 76mW of power (SVFL76).The animals were followed ove days 3, 7 and 30 for the evaluation of macroscopic, microscopic and morphometric aspects. For statistical analysis we used the parametric "t test". Results: The morphometric analysis showed a reduction in wound area in SVFL27 group compared to the others, but without statistically significant difference. In SVFL76 group was observed inhibition of wound contraction compared to SVFL27 and CT groups (p <0,05). Was observed on day 3 significantly increased (p <0.05) infiltration of polymorphonuclear, fibrin formation and in the number of fibroblasts in all treated groups compared to CT. On the 7th day the mononuclear infiltrate, angiogenesis, collagen and number of fibroblasts was significantly higher in all treated groups compared to CT (p <0.05). The SVFL27 group also showed a higher number of fibroblasts compared to groups SVF, SVFL53 and SVFL76. At 30 days significantly increased reepitalization and collagen deposition were observed in all treated groups compared to CT (p <0.05). The SVFL53 group also showed higher polymorphonuclear infiltrate compared to other groups (p <0.05). Conclusion: Isolated application of SFV or in combination with low level Laser gives better results than conventional care in burn injury in rats and the effects of the combination of the two features are doseItem Prevenção e manejo de lesão por pressão: desenvolvimento de um programa de ensino e validação de material educativo para pacientes com mobilidade física prejudicada e cuidadores familiares(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2020-08-28) Limeira, Fabricia Nayara Oliveira; Vila, Vanessa da Silva Carvalho; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5146388704821838; Bachion, Maria Márcia; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8503907944360635; Bachion, Maria Márcia; Freitas, Raquel Aparecida Marra da Madeira; Menezes, Ruth Losada de; Pereira, Angela Lima; Malaquias, Suelen GomesIntroduction: Pressure injury management requires both preventive and therapeutic approaches, which include active participation of the patient and the caregiver. It is not well established yet how to prepare these people for self-care. Objectives: 1- Assess the applicability of a teaching program for patients and caregivers, to promote the improvement on the adherence to prevention measures and the management of pressure injuries. 2- To validate teaching technology, in the form of a printed and digital booklet for patients and family caregivers, aimed at measures to prevent pressure injuries. Method: a methodological study carried out in three stages, from May 2017 to March 2020. The first consisted of revising guidelines and consensus on the topic, published in seven internationally recognized organizations, for the construction of an educational technology and the teaching program. The second consisted on the preparation of the initial version of a teaching technology, in the format of a booklet and the validation of this educational material. The third consisted of analyzing the applicability of a teaching program. Expert nurses, patients and caregivers participated in the second stage. The second and third stages were carried out in the CRER hospitalization sector. Results: The teaching technology produced consisted on a 24-page, colored booklet with illustrations on the prevention of pressure injuries. In apparent and content validation, the final average score obtained among health professionals was 4.6, among patients it was 4.8, and among caregivers it was 4.9. In assessing the applicability of the teaching program, positive results were obtained for the increase in knowledge and skills, with emphasis on the ability to perform the bandage. Conclusions: The teaching program proved to be applicable for patients and caregivers. For its implementation in the services, it will be necessary to organize the nursing work process with a view to the nurse's availability for educational action and the qualification for the execution of the program.Item Perfil sociodemográfico, nível de atividade física, dor e auto percepção de saúde de idosos em unidades de saúde de referência em município de médio porte da região centro oeste(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2015-03-02) Vilela, Daisy de Araújo; Bachion, Maria Márcia; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8503907944360635; Bachion, Maria Márcia; Ribeiro, Maysa Ferreira Martins; Baptista, Tadeu Joâo Ribeiro; Pereira, Lilian VarandaTo adequately serve the elderly in health services is essential to know the socio-demographic, economic, lifestyle, people's grievances, health markers and understand differences related to gender and age groups. Objective: To describe, according to sex and age group, the demographic and socioeconomic profile; the level of physical activity; the frequency, severity, intensity and treatment of pain and self-rated health of elderly assisted in referral health facilities of a medium-sized city in the central region and western Brazil; test the relationship between physical activity level, pain and self-perception of health in the elderly. Method: This is a descriptive transversal study with a quantitative approach, with calculated sample of 300 elderly, non-randomized. Data collection was conducted from September 2013 to January 2014. The approach was uneventful in health facilities indicated as reference for treatment of the elderly. Checked the eligibility criteria, the elderly were recruited for study participation. They used four instruments to collect data: sociodemographic questionnaire, IPAC (short), BPI and health perception. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical procedures, chi square test, Fisher's exact test, Kruskal Wallis, Mann Whitney-U, with p ≤ 0.05.Results: The predominant among the elderly assisted in the units is referred females (81.0%), mean age 67.1 years ( 5.6 years; median 66.0). The idodos showed moderate level of physical activity (74.0%). The pain had significant occurrence among participants (49.3%), with similar distribution between genders and age range. The treatment used for pain was the use of analgesics (71.0%). The elderly reported self perception of good health (23.6%) or very good (65.6%). No relationship was found between the pain and the level of physical activity and the perception of health of the elderly seen in reference health units. Conclusion: Seniors who attend referral units have characteristics that should be taken into account in the planning of care for this population activities: are predominantly young elderly, female, with a moderate level of physical activity, with mild pain, which does not interfere in daily activities, mood, sleep is controlled with painkillers; They have self-perception of good or very good health, and not show relationship between the level of physical activity, pain and health perception.
