Item O referencial ético-humanista nos cursos de graduação em enfermagem de Goiânia-GO(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2009-02-17) LIMA, Juliana de Oliveira Roque e; CARDOZO, Elizabeth Esperidião; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1143743711641872The National Curriculum Guidelines for Undergraduate Courses in Nursing (DCN / ENF) say that the Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to ensure the students a training that values the ethical and humanistic dimensions, so that he develops attitudes and values oriented to citizenship and solidarity. This study aimed to examine the implementation of the ethical and humanistic reference inserted in the DCN / ENF in the HEI n Nursing in Goiânia, identify and describe the integration of ethical and humanistic reference in the training of nurses in the Pedagogic Curricular Projects PCP of undergraduate nursing courses in Goiânia, check with the teachers of these courses, as they incorporate into their teaching practices, the implementation process of the DCN / ENF regarding ethical and humanistic reference, consider the advantages and difficulties encountered in the implementation of the DCN / ENF, for reference to the ethical and humanist. This descriptive and exploratory study of qualitative approach, was developed in five HEIs in Goiânia that have Undergraduate Courses in Nursing. The data were collected through desk research of the PCP, individual interview with the coordinators of the courses and some teachers of each institution. The data that emerged from the analysis of the PCP and the interviews were submitted to analysis given the guidelines of Bogdan and Biklen (1994). The careful reading of PCP also identified the following categories of coding: ethical, humanist, solidarity, interpersonal relationship, valorization and integrality. These were grouped in two categories: "The training of professional ethical-humanist" and "The focus of the entire context of the Pedagogic Curricular Projects," whose analysis identify relevant issues on ethical and human reference in the PCP in the institutions studied, how: the concern to train their students in accordance with this approach and the importance given by the HEIin the care of their students fully and train them so that they see their clients in full. The coordinates reported the construction process of the PCP and the facilities and difficulties to build and implement the same. However, the construction process did not happen the same way in all HEIs. Different teaching practices for the implementation of ethical and humanistic reference were informed by teachers, and facilities and the difficulties were related to students, the teachers themselves and the institution. Thus, the path is still long way to changes that are necessary, based on the views of those involved in the process. We suggest further studies in this area, in order to stimulate ideas and proposals for the realization of the ethical and humanistic reference in the training of nurses.Item Humanização do cuidado no ambiente hospitalar: percepção de enfermeiros de um hospital universitário(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2007-12-12) SANTOS, Nilde Resplandes dos; CARDOZO, Elizabeth Esperidião; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1143743711641872Humanizing healthcare assistance has become an emergent theme being discussed over decades, and in the most recent years such debates have become more intense regarding how to take more effective actions on care by valuing the human condition. Nurses are considered a key element to visibility of humanized care in the hospital setting due to their sensitivity to the perception of patient s subjectivity and for having the sense of care solidified under ethical humanistic values as the existential reason of their profession. This is a qualitative descriptive exploratory study aimed at analyzing the concept on humanized care the nurses working in hospital assistance have. It was conducted in a school hospital, located in Midwestern Brazil, with the participation of 27 nurses acting on inpatients direct assistance. Data was collected through semi-structured individual interviews and were submitted to the content thematic analysis.Thus, we have come up with four main categories and their subcategories revealing the respondents perception concerning care humanization in the hospital context, namely: conception of humanized care; caregivers conception under the humanized assistance perspective; the paradox of the humanized care in the hospital setting; echoes of the Permanent Education Project on relative practice and concepts to the humanizado care. By the end of this study, we have noticed that nurses have various perceptions concerning this issue, correlating, however, the humanized care to holistic approach regarding patients assistance. The ethical humanistic principles were described by all the respondents when expressing humanization of care related to feelings such as love, empathy, presence, communication, and attention. They identified at the institution several aspects favoring or making it harder the effectiveness of humanized care, however, they have stressed the internal availability of staff and their valuing in the humane dimension, through symmetric respect and dialogue between workers and managers as determinant to humanizing process. We present the continuing education project of the institution which aims at discussing the humanization of assistance in the hospital ambit as an important initiative enabling changes in staff concepts and attitudes in what patient care regards. Thus, some outcomes have been assessed so that these project contributions can be highlighted in the construction of concepts and practices related to humanizing care among nurses participating in such activities. In general, throughout the research we could see that the institution can count on committed, responsible, sensitive nurses motivated to contribute to the effectiveness of humanized care. Thinking about the complexity of the assistance humanization process, we become aware that implementing humanized care in the hospital setting requires a long way demanding successful strategies, not always easy, but feaxible.Item Atuação dos profissionais dos serviços em Saúde Mental de Goiânia - GO(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2010-04-30) SILVA, Gelda Alves da; CARDOZO, Elizabeth Esperidião; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1143743711641872La investigación basada en las recomendaciones de la OPS y la OMS para evaluar el cuidado de la salud mental en las Américas. Integra un proyecto de investigación multicéntrico coordinado por la Escuela de Enfermería de Ribeirão Preto de la Universidad de São Paulo, en colaboración con la Escuela de Enfermería, Universidad Federal de Goiás, para realizar estudios de diagnóstico sobre el cuidado de la salud mental en Brasil. Se trata de una pesquisa descriptivo-exploratoria de abordaje cali-cuantitativa, desarrollada en la Rede Especializada en Salud Mental da Secretaria Municipal de Salud de Goiania (RESM/SMS/GO), a saber: 01 Unidad de Generación de Renda, 07 CAPS (Centro de Atención Psicosocial), 01 Ambulatorio Municipal de Psiquiatra y 01 Unidad de Urgencia y Emergencia Psiquiátrica. Tuve como objetivos presentar el perfil socioeconómico y la formación de los profesionales de nivel superior; identificar las acciones desarrolladas por las diferentes categorías profesionales y describir las acciones desarrolladas por los enfermeros. Los dados, obtenidos por medio de un cuestionario auto-aplicable direccionado a todos los profesionales y un otro específico a los enfermeros, fueron sometidos a evaluación temática de contenido (BARDIN, 1977) y a los testes estadísticos Qui-Cuadrado e Exacto de Fisher. La coleta de dados correó mientras los meses de abril a junio de 2009, obedeciendo a los procedimientos éticos en la pesquisa con seres humanos. Hicieron parte de la pesquisa 124 profesionales de nivel superior, el que corresponde a 52% do cuadro funcional, estando en los CAPS a mayor porcentaje de participación. Integraron el estudio 64% dos enfermeros actuantes e los servicios de la RESM/SMS/GO. Los resultados son descritos por medio de gráficos e tablas, trayendo inicialmente la caracterización de los participantes, conforme las categorías profesionales y sus respectivos servicios de sitio. En la secuencia, son presentadas las acciones desarrolladas por los profesionales, además de aquéllas realizadas pelos enfermeros. En medio de los atendimientos además citados entre los participantes están aquéllos vueltos a las familias y atendimientos grupales. Las acciones de los enfermeros fueran categorizadas en asistencias, educativas e gerenciales, quera sean desarrolladas individualmente ó en conjunto con otros profesionales. De modo general, los resultados dejan claro que las acciones profesionales aun son incipientes en relación a lo recomendado pela Política Nacional de Salud Mental, todavía los dados señalizan algunos avanzos en disponer estrategias y formas de atender los usuarios que buscan atendimiento en Salud Mental, los cuales son resultantes de las posibilidades y limitaciones de cada servicio. A concluir esta investigación, recomienda-se que sus resultados sean pensados por las instituciones formadoras, además de los gestores e profesionales involucrados en la asistencia de forma a suscitar posibles innovaciones en el atendimiento en Salud Mental en el País.
