Item Ulisses entre as artes visuais e a literatura. Um estudo de obras de José Roberto Aguilar e Lenir de Miranda(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2011-09-13) CAVALCANTE, Mário Mendes; MONTEIRO, Rosana Horio; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9262982142956906The aim of this research is to investigate the possible relationships between visual arts and literature from the study of works produced by the Brazilian artists José Roberto Aguilar (1941-) and Lenir de Miranda (1945-). Both have appropriated the character Ulysses from Homer's Odyssey and produced works using painting. Based on a literature review focused on the history of art, contemporary art theory and intersemiotic translation studies, we focus our study around the concepts of appropriation and expanded field. We conclude that the literary signs are appropriated for the artists in the field expanded of contemporary art as a poetic possibility.Item "Ser professor/a": um estudo de representações orais e visuais de um grupo de licenciandos da UNIFAP(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2011-04-29) COSTA, Sílvia Carla Marques; SILVA FILHO, Raimundo Martins da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1270126774554014This research examines the notion of "being a teacher" based on experiences of training and professional expectations of a group of students in the Visual Arts Teacher Training Program at the Federal University of Amapá. The investigation has its focus on questions that permeate and afflict the initial training of teachers, specifically related to the construction of a teaching identity. The study assumes that students and teachers should be heard on these issues, considering that ways of seeing, learning and apprehending meanings about reality are crossed by discourses and imagery processes. Thus, the meanings students attribute to the idea of being a teacher" can help understand aspects of how their teaching identities are constructed and represented. Qualitative research, with its descriptive and interpretive characteristics, is the methodological approach chosen for this study. The data was collected through open interviews, focus groups, images and field notes.Item Eu já me tornei imagem : a relação do vídeo e a fotografia com o xamanismo, canibalismo e feitiçaria(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2011-02-23) DAMAS, Vandimar Marques; BERARDO, Rosa Maria; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5933853765756576This work is an ethnography of indigenous intercultural degree of UFG, a course which aims to provide higher education for indigenous teachers and teachers already working as such in their villages. Its main focus was to produce a video and a series of photographs in conjunction with indigenous teachers, and from this experience relate ethnographic video with shamanism, witchcraft and cannibalism. To discuss this relationship I insert here two basic concepts that still need development, which are shamanism imagery and cannibal ism imagery, these have been buil twith thread as information obtained during my field work and some ethnographies conducted by other researchers-along-the indigenous peoples who are in Brazil. My main theoret ical references are visual anthropology, theories and concepts of documentary filmmaking,as well as some concepts of ethnology as the Amerindian perspectivism.
