This thesis is organized based on narratives, memories, and reflections, through which I write the collective experiences, mine, as an indigenous person, woman, mother, feminist, researcher, poetivist and activist of the indigenous movement, and those of other women, mariarcas belonging to my community, Kariú Kariri indigenous people of Maranhão. The research interweaves, through the approaches of natnography, movências and the experiences, wisdom, and collective memories of the Kariú Kariri people, especially of the women of my yetçãmidé (family that comes from the mother). The knowledge recorded in this research was elaborated based on the movements and listening carried out by me, together with my sisters, and the daily experiences with women, young, and children of my people in Maranhão, the arrangements of the enchanted and enchanted people and the relationships established with other relatives along the journey back to Vale do Cariri in Ceará. I adopted what I dared to call natnography as a way to make visible the wounds and scars caused by the cut that colonization made in our bodiesterritories, and the search for ancestral healing, carried out through the recapture mobilized by my people. In order to highlight that, although the colonial force has been and continues to be violent against our bodies-territories, we, the Kariú Kariri indigenous people, have always found ways to keep our customs and wisdom in our own bodiesterritories to reorganize and continue to produce and re-elaborate our historical projects as original indigenous peoples.
