dc.description.abstractThis work is the result of research on the network of relationships in the Surrounding Region from Goiânia, intermunicipalities aspect between municipalities and the Goiânia city in two categories: consumer and public service agencies of the Federal and State Government. For the first category were surveyed three commercial activities, supermarket, shopping for construction and bazaar. For the second category investigates the regionalization of public services and their relationships, even between municipalities, and also the relations linked to regionalm and urban facilities. Moreover, the work contains data and analysis of demographics and the economic, social, urban and rural municipalities in the region. The data revealed the growth stage, the problems and potential of cities and at the same time could provide backing for the evaluation of contrast, intensity of flow of people and goods, and showed the dependency relationships between municipalities. The cities that most polarized in the network of relationships were Aparecida de Goiania, Senador Canedo, Trinidad and Inhumas. Such cities, except Inhumas, are derided as dormitory cities, however, research has shown that the four cities play an important role and economic status that are supported by dynamic forces within the region. Part of the work devoted to issues related to urban sprawl of the metropolis, flows of goods, persons and means of transport in the region.eng

dc.description.resumoEste trabalho é resultado de pesquisa sobre a rede de relações na Região do Entorno de Goiânia, aspecto intermunicipal e entre os municípios da região e a cidade de Goiânia, em duas categorias: consumo e órgãos de atendimento público do Governo Federal e Estadual. Para a primeira categoria foram pesquisadas três atividades comerciais, supermercado, lojas para construção civil e bazar. Para a segunda categoria foi investigada a regionalização dos serviços públicos e suas relações, inclusive entre as Prefeituras, e também as relações ligadas a equipamentos urbanos e regionais. Além disso, o trabalho contém dado e análise da demografia e do caráter econômico, social, urbano e rural dos municípios dessa região. Os dados revelaram o estágio de crescimento, os problemas e as potencialidades dos municípios e, ao mesmo tempo puderam oferecer subsídio para a avaliação dos contrastes, intensidade do fluxo de pessoas e mercadorias, bem como evidenciaram as relações de dependência entre os municípios. Os municípios que mais polarizaram na rede de relações foram Aparecida de Goiânia, Senador Canedo, Trindade e Inhumas. Tais cidades, exceção de Inhumas, são chamadas pejorativamente de cidades dormitórios, entretanto, a pesquisa demonstrou que as quatro cidades desempenham importante função e posição econômica que são sustentadas por forças dinâmicas no interior da região. Parte do trabalho dedicado às questões relacionadas com expansão urbana da metrópole, fluxos de mercadorias, pessoas e meio de transporte utilizado na região.por
