Análise das incompatibilidades urbanas no uso e ocupação nas imediações do rio Meia Ponte em Goiânia

Abstract

This study analyzes the urban incompatibilities of land use and occupation in the vicinity of the Meia Ponte Riverin Goiânia, Goiás, exploring the impact of this on the infrastructure and urban fabric of the city. Focusing on the tension between urban expansion and the conservation of natural resources, the study highlights the relevance of land use and occupation legislation and public policies aimed at reducing these incompatibilities. Assessing the effectiveness of these policies in controlling environmental degradation and pollution, the research suggests the need for legislative revisions and urban management strategies adapted to the particularities of Goiânia. It proposes a critique of current urban planning parameters, recommending more sustainable and inclusive practices. The goal is to contribute to planning that promotes economic growth alongside the conservation of natural resources, emphasizing the importance of integrated policies that consider social, economic, and environmental aspects in urban management.
