Produto educacional: guia para os estudantes dos cursos técnicos do IF Goiano Campus Ceres

Abstract

Understanding how to access services and the opportunities offered by an educational institution that provides courses ranging from integrated technical educationwith high schoolto stricto sensu programs, such as the Federal Institute of Goiano Campus Ceres, poses a significant challenge for incoming students. The lack of comprehension regarding the bureaucracy can exacerbate dropout rates. This Educational Product was developed within the Professional and Technological Education Graduate Program (ProfEPT) at IF Goiano, aiming to assist students in: comprehending policies and procedures, including academic and administrative rules; where and how to access key campus services; and an overview of the technical courses offered. The EducationalProduct is part of the umbrella project titled "Factors Associated with the Retention and Success of Students in Subsequent/Concurrent Technical Courses." It was validated by students enrolled in the agricultural technical course at Campus Ceres and made available on the eduCapes platform.
