Resumo
This paper proposes the development of an architectural project for a Primary Healthcare Unit (UBS) using modular construction systems, aiming for fast execution, sustainability, and humanized healthcare spaces. The research begins with an analysis of the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS), emphasizing the role of UBSs in primary care, especially during crises such as pandemics or environmental disasters. Modularity is explored as an efficient and flexible solution, highlighting the use of industrialized and sustainable materials such as steel and prefabricated panels. The project also adopts humanization guidelines inspired by the work of João Filgueiras Lima (Lelé), with emphasis on biophilia and environmental comfort. The study presents relevant regulations, legislation, and case studies that support the design proposal and validate its application in various territorial contexts. As a result, the project defines an adaptable architectural concept, technically feasible and committed to delivering quality public healthcare.
