Abstract

This research in art has a practical-theoretical character and constitutes a reflection on the sunset period in my artistic process, understanding this as a space for approximations and forming memories, having as a poetic matrix photographs taken during my academic period. With the aim of understanding how my process conveys my individuality through different experiences related to this time, the research was carried out on artists who talk about autobiography, memory and personal representation in photography, in addition to in-depth studies of familiar materials. Emphasis is placed on understanding the subjectivity and autobiography that exists in my photographic process, the representation of materiality and individual experiences using photography as a means of expression, considering the challenges of this internal process.
