Abstract

The article establishes a relationship between Communication reception studies and information literacy, highlighting the skills and competencies necessary for the receiver in the communication process. It aims to identify the skills and competencies necessary for the receiver in the communication process so that he or she can decode the message encoded by the sender in cyberspace.
