Mapeando estudos sobre animês, melodrama e recepção

Abstract

A mapping of anime and melodrama is presented to problematize the amount of research that addresses the themes and to observe which ones use reception studies to construct their data. This delimitation is important to the ongoing research and indicates, through surveys on Brazilian theses, dissertations, and journals platforms, the panorama of the field. Thus, it is observed that, despite having some works that address the themes, the study of anime in Brazilian academia is still limited, especially when adding melodrama and reception studies as approach parameters.
