Estratégias de manutenção para equipamentos elevatórios: abordagens, métodos e indicadores

Resumo

The maintenance of equipment represents a strategic and essential task to ensure the reliability, availability, and operational efficiency assets. This study aimed to identify the most effective maintenance methods for lifting equipment, considering different approaches and performance indicators. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR), guided by the PRISMA protocol and supported by content analysis, structured the research. The findings were organized based on maintenance types, methodologies, and frequently used indicators. Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, the Internet of Things (IoT), and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) were among the most frequently cited methodologies. The results demonstrated the enhanced effectiveness of predictive maintenance in terms of reliability and availability, especially when integrated with technologies such as IoT and Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Methods based on technical inspections and risk assessment were particularly effective in enhancing safety. Lean and Lean Six Sigma approaches proved effective in reducing cost and optimizing processes. It is concluded that the integrated application of these methodologies can enhance the performance of lifting equipment.
