Item Análise da aplicação da ferramenta Lean Construction Assessment Tool (LCAT) em uma empresa construtora goiana(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2019-01-27) Amaral, Tatiana Gondim do; Zalaf, Felipe Schmaltz; Teixeira, Lara Gomes FleuryCompanies are investing in improvements in the quality of their product and executive process and in reducing losses and costs. The awakening on Lean Thinking and its application possibilities becomes important as a philosophy that can improve performance and reduce production waste. Lean construction has not yet been widely disseminated in Brazil, many companies that do not apply their practices or do not use them to their full potential. Given the above, the main goal of this work is to apply the Lean Construction Assessment Tool (LCAT), developed by Camargo Filho (2017) and, through this application, to diagnose the lean score of a construction company and to analyze if the change of managers between enterprises of the same company influences the lean level from the company. The research classification is qualitative-quantitative, applied, exploratory and case study. Through the application of the questionnaire in the chosen company, we noticed that there are several lean practices being applied. Not all practices were applied in the same way by managers, there was a divergence in 25% of the analyzed items, which shows the great influence that managers have on the lean level of the company. The company's lean score was 58%, which, according to Camargo Filho (2017), means that the company has an average level of lean deployment.Item Análise matemática para diagnóstico do grau de implementação da construção enxuta(Ricardo Prado Abreu Reis, 2018-12) Amaral, Tatiana Gondim do; Oka, Letícia Guimarães; Camargo Filho, Carlos Augusto Bouhid deThe Lean Construction is a filosofy which is growing in the diverse communication’s means in Brazil and around the world. Although most of the construction companies are in the initial stage of these practices and tools implementation, the development of efficient mechanisms to evaluate this process is vital, such as the Lean Construction Assessment Tool (LCAT). This evaluation method is utilized in this research to evaluate the lean implementation stage in six construction companies in Goiânia. From the obtained data, the lean implementation stage was calculated using arithmetic averages, weighted averages and averages based in the Fuzzy Inference System. This work has as main goal to analyze the results from the Lean Diagnosis obtained using the tool and evaluate the potentialities that each average owns. It’s also a goal to evaluate the management process in the studied companies, highlighting failures in the system and how they can be improved. The averages obtained present small variations, such as speed of procurement, other variables interferences and the specialists’ analysis, being possible to conclude about different potentialities in each’s use. From this study, it was possible to establish a diagnosis based in the interaction between the academic and professional environment.Item Aplicação do mapeamento de fluxo de valor para redução dos desperdícios da produção: estudo de caso de uma fábrica de artefatos de solo-cimento(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2022-05-24) Amaral, Tatiana Gondim do; Araújo, Flávio de CarvalhoThis paper aimed to reduce of wastes in the production process of a soil cement artifacts company using lean production tool, the Value Stream Mapping which contributed to detect problems with using too much time for some steps production one of the materials produced, the ecological brick. At a joint analysis with the survey of the layout of the factory floor, the Current Status Map has been prepared, which highlights the times and shows the conflicts that generate waste, that way, the development of the Future State Map was possible, which proposes a new perspective of reducing times by readjusting the positioning of supplies and some equipmentItem Avaliação do grau de implementação da construção enxuta em três empresas construtoras goianas(Ricardo Prado Abreu Reis, 2018-06) Amaral, Tatiana Gondim do; Candido, Pedro Henrique Ferreira; Coimbra, Gabriel Abdala Vieira Di; Camargo Filho, Carlos Augusto Bouhid deThe Lean Construction is a filosofy which is growing in the diverse communication’s means in Brazil and around the world. Through the above are needed more effective tools for term control of the project. Therefore, the work objective is to implement and evaluate the method of the critical chain in the planning and physical control of the project by calculating the project buffer using two different techniques: Trapezoidal Fuzzy Number (TrFN) and Fifty percent Method. Therefore, there was a case study of a mixed use building in Goiânia and monitoring of structural services of a joint, which are present in the project critical chain. Thus, to evaluate and compare the resulting buffer, calculated duration and really happened duration, it is concluded that the TrFN method comes closest to real time as it consults experts; and more integrates the team, increasing the applicability of planning, because the project performers are involved in preparing it. Now the fifty percent method is easier to be calculated with faster definition of the buffer and planning. Based on this calculus, the main contribution of this work is to compare the results of each technique in: application agility, application accuracy, applicability during construction.Item Gestão de projetos e sua interface com o canteiro de obras sob a ótica da Preparação da Execução de Obras (PEO)(2014-12) Arrotéia, Aline Valverde; Amaral, Tatiana Gondim do; Melhado, Silvio BurrattinoDuring the past twenty years, the construction industry in Brazil has evolved significantly in response to the market’s growing competitiveness. However, in this evolution, there have been several cultural and organizational barriers, and difficulties in the effort to improve quality in construction sites. Besides, the lack of integration between design andconstruction processesresults in waste, pathologies, rework and improvised changes originated fromclashes indesign, either due to lack of design detailing or to decisions being taken by unskilled staff at inappropriate moments. The aim of this study is to discuss the implementation of the Building Pre-Construction Management (PCM) method, in order to improve the management of the design process in its interface with the construction site. The research method adoptedin this study can be classified as qualitative and it was conducted through action-research. The results indicated that the effectiveness and feasibility of using PCM to improve the management of the design-construction interface, in real estate and building companies.Item Identificação de perdas por improvisação em canteiros de obras(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2019-06-28) Amaral, Tatiana Gondim do; Brandao, Camila Mariana; Elias, Karinny Vieira; Braga, Pedro BoarattiThe making-do stands out because it represents a potential to generate other losses, such assecurity reduction, quality problems, productivity and rework. The main objective of the research is to analyze and investigate the losses by making-do, related to the management of the production of three companies of Goiânia, for the purpose of identifying the categories of loss and their possible impacts. The research is classified as quantitative and qualitative, also as applied and exploratory. Based on this, data were analyzed during the technical visits in each work, among which stands out the non-participant direct observation, the application of questionnaire and the documentary analysis. In addition, photographic records of the productive activities with the occurrence of losses were carried out, in addition to the analysis of the organization of the construction site of the projects in study. The results of this study indicated that most improvisations are related to short-term planning, logistics and projects. However, the most important impacts of these types of losses are the need for rework and loss of material. As a result, the importance of the study of the losses related to the making-do stands out, since it generates other types of losses, and goes beyond the waste of materials, evidencing issues related to the health and safety of the workforce and impacts in the process of Production as a whole.Item Indicadores financeiros-chave da incorporação imobiliária(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2022-05-24) Amaral, Tatiana Gondim do; Queiroz, Adriano Luiz SantosA case study was carried out in a Real Estate Development Company in Goiás, a business activity characterized by the production of real estate that will comprise a real estate complex and its commercialization while under construction, through interviews with the purpose of raising the indices and financial indicators of this type of company, the degree of importance, the degree of difficulty in measuring the indicators and the main impediments to the measurement system as a whole. Based on the checklist applied by the interview, it was observed that the analyzed company has 60% of its indicators with the highest degree of Importance and seven of the eight common indicators with the ADEMI-GO surveys with a high degree of importance. Through the automation of the database, the company has evolved its system of indicators. The main contribution of the research was the survey of the indicators that directly interfere in the planning and decision making in a segment of the traditional market.Item O pensamento enxuto em um empreendimento de múltiplo uso na gestão da produção(Ricardo Prado Abreu Reis, 2018-06) Amaral, Tatiana Gondim do; Pires, Nathália Cândida; Silva, Thaís Rodrigues; Camargo Filho, Carlos Augusto Bouhid deThe lean thinking implementation in civil construction is very important for the optimization of the productive process, in order to avoid wastage and to add to the final product the value desired by the client. In the goiano scenario, it is noticed that there was an awakening to the lean philosophy, and some companies are already looking for the adoption of practices and lean tools in order to obtain the improvement in their productive processes. This work applies and validates the Lean Construction Assessment Tool (LCAT) in a mixed-use enterprise in Goiânia, evaluating the degree of implementation of lean thinking in its production management. The enterprise presents technological differentials in relation to the others in Goiás market, and although it was not called lean, it was possible to observe in the results the adoption of some practices of lean construction in its production management. However, the performance obtained was still below 50% of the total score. In this way, it was possible to identify in which sectors are the failures in the productive process and, thus, indicate possibilities for improvements in the application of lean practices.
