Just like irrationals and unanimated things, human beings have within themselves the principle of movement and this is the reason why they move in this or that direction, unless blocked by an obstacle. In the sphere of practical reason, Kant’s philosophical achievement takes account of a doubly forked meaning of compulsiveness and legislation. That is, it considers the person as auctor obligationis and simultaneously subjectum obligationis and it only then examines, on the one hand, his/her numerical identity in an actor of duties, and on the other, faces the same subject as a support for rights, externally opposed to the first in the figure of a subject of rights.Item Tópicos da doutrina do direito de Kant(Adriano Naves de Brito, 1999-06) Heck, José NicolauThis article studies Kant's Introduction to the doctine of Right and the Introduction to the Metaphysics of Morais, in order to clarify the central topics of rational Right.
