Resumo
Kant's conception of Right and Kelsen's pure theory of Right detach themselves because ofthe rationality with which each normative position is conceived and articulated. Toe present contribution examines the theoretical weight that the jurídica! coerciveness acquired in both theories of Right. Toe article wants to establish the progranimatic frontiers between the juridical formalism of both philosophers ofRight.
