Item Cenário de políticas de inclusão digital no Brasil no período de 1997 a 2011(2013-10) Teixeira, Ricardo Antonio Gonçalves; Oliveira, Saulo de; Flôres, Edna Lúcia; Chaves, Sandramara MatiasThe issue of digital inclusion has grown in importance for social inclusion in that the relationship between technology and society becomes increasingly complex. This research aims to study the relationship between the advancement of new technologies of information and communication (NTICs) and persistent digital divide exists in Brazil. There is the answer given by the Brazilian State to new technological changes, analyzing public policy of digital inclusion, based on the actions / programs / projects developed, deployed and made available by the Federal Government. The Brazilian government has introduced several actions as part of the public policy of digital inclusion, in order to obtain the social inclusion of marginalized sectors that are within the current society. The study was based on the review of public policy concepts, and then present the theoretical thinking of authors on the formation of a knowledge society, its evolution, its strengths and weaknesses, and care must be taken in its implementation. Are presented succinctly, actions, programs and projects of the Federal Government’s digital inclusion, available for accession within your search criteria. Based on theoretical concepts, knowledge of programs and indicators in government digital inclusion, is a discussion about the evolution of policies for inclusion in the study period. As conclusion, in short, shows the need for conducting local and global strategies for an improvement of the process of digital inclusion in Brazil, with processes between the different spheres of government and the need for involvement and participation of civil society.Item A concept-environment for computer-based augmentative and alternative communication founded on a systematic review(2015-09) Loja, Luiz Fernando Batista; Gomide, Renato de Sousa; Mendes, Fabiana Freitas; Teixeira, Ricardo Antonio Gonçalves; Lemos, Rodrigo Pinto; Flôres, Edna LúciaIntroduction: Locked-In Syndrome is admittedly the worst case of motor and speech impairment, it seriously damages the ability of oral and gestural communication of patients. In recent years, alternative and augmentative communication technology has provided resources to restore these patients’ ability to communicate. Methods: In order to relate and classify the main methods with that purpose, this work conducted a systematic review on several journal databases. Results: We found 203 related papers and 55 of them were selected to compose the study. After that, we classified them into three major groups and we identified the main difficulties when using each approach. Conclusion: In order to overcome these difficulties, we propose a new system concept to develop an adaptive, robust and low cost communication environment. The proposed system is composed of five modules: data entry, communication, aid to the caregiver and external interaction.Item Um olhar acerca da educação de adultos no ensino superior(2014-10) Teixeira, Ricardo Antonio Gonçalves; Costa, Keila Matida de Melo; Silva, Carlos Cardoso; Santos, Soraya VieiraEste estudio tiene como objetivo promover una discusión acerca de la presencia del estudiante adulto em la educación universitaria. A través de estudio de casos, presenta estadísticas que revelan una presencia en la Universidad Federal de Goiás, y sobre todo en el curso de Pedagogía, y buscan entender cómo los profesores perciben el curso de pedagogía estos estudiantes en el aula. El estudiante es visto como un adulto de entre el grupo de edad defi nido por la UNESCO, más de 30 años. El análisis de documentos y entrevistas con seis profesores subvencionados esta propuesta. Como resultado, existe la constante presencia de la estudiante-adulto en UFG graduado en el período 2005-2012, así como las concepciones positivas que se identifi caron los estudiantes en el aula.Item Tecnologias em processos de inclusão(José Paulo Pietrafesa, 2006-12) Rodrigues, Cleide Aparecida Carvalho; Teixeira, Ricardo Antonio GonçalvesThe aim of this study is to look at certain aspects related to the importance of information and communication technologies and their contribution to the inclusion process. Since it is understood that one of the attributes of technology is to provide opportunities for exercising the right to access knowledge and sociability, ICTs make digital inclusion possible in activities of agents of transformation, enabling them to undertake the changes required by the inclusion process. Thus, this reflection revolves around the appropriation of technologies for the inclusion process in the field of education, not merely as a support but also as the content of the form for constructing knowledge. While not exhausting the theme the text points towards the need to include ICTs in forums for the debate on social inclusion.
