Potencial de enzimas fibrolíticas sobre a digestibilidade ruminal do feno de Tifton 85

Resumo

The objective of this study was evaluated the effect of a multienzymatic complex (MC) of fibrolytic enzymes, produced by the fungus Humicola grisea, on the in vitro true digestibility of dry matter (IVTDMD) of Tifton 85 hay. The treatments were: control T (10 mL of distilled water), level 1(2.5 mL of enzyme), level 2 (5.0 mL of enzyme) and level 3 (10.0 ml of enzyme). For each treatment, the MC was applied by spraying in 17 g of hay (1mm). The IVTDMD was obtained using the adapted technique for the artificial rumen for 12; 24; 48 and 96 h of incubation at 39 °C. The experiment was conducted in a randomized block design with four replications in a split plot 4 x 4. The blocks (replications) were four rumens. The plots consisted of Tifton 85 hay treated with four different levels of enzymes and the subplots of four periods of digestion. There was interaction between enzyme level and period of incubation. The levels of 2.5, 5.0 and 10 mL of enzyme improved DVIVMS Tifton 85 hay. However, there were larger effects with the addition of 10 mL, resulting in increases of 18.51; 17.17; 13.59 and 20.93% with 12; 24; 48 and 96 hours of incubation.
