Publicidade em redes sociais: estudo de caso do Buriti Shopping

Resumo

This work discusses the use of social networking sites as a way of communication and relationships with clients and has as an object of study, the company Buriti Shopping. Certificates how the publicity in the digital environment behaves and how it can give support to the relationship with the clients and the construction of the value added to the brand, its importance in the corporate environment, exposing its ways and processes, with emphasis on analysis of social networks as Orkut and Twitter. This study is accomplished in the moment that the terms interaction has been heavily discussed and reflected to the marketing and advertising. At the end of reading, it is intended that the reader is familiar with the concepts of digital media and see certificates how they can be useful when coupled with marketing plans and communication.
