Digestibilidade aparente de dietas contendo complexo enzimático para o tambaqui (Colossoma macropomum)

Resumo

The aim of the study was to evaluate the digestibility of diets for tambaqui with different inclusion levels of enzyme solution produced by the fungus Aspergillus awamori. Ninety-six tambaqui, with an average weight of 55.69 ± 2.55 g were randomly distributed into twelve rectangular PVC tanks of 100 liters each constituting an experimental unit, containing eight fish. Four levels of inclusion were evaluated a control diet 100 ml of distilled water and 100, 150 and 200 mL / kg of feed enzyme solution. The enzymatic activity of the fungus was evaluated by presenting greater at pH 6.8. The animals were fed in the morning and later transferred to aquaria feces collection. Chemical analysis of gross energy, crude protein and dry matter of feces were made. Significant differences (p <0.05) were observed for dry matter, with the level of 200 ml of the enzyme complex / kg of feed and the gross energy level of 150 ml of the enzyme complex / kg of feed. For crude protein, there was no significant difference among the groups, but differed significantly from the control treatment.
