| dc.description.abstract | This article analyzed the situation of climate chaos caused by both natural and human factors in Brazil. A scenario of this chaos was chosen to be presented, understood from an epistemological and theoretical-methodological basis to verify the contradictory conception of the phenomena, while at the same time perceiving the construction of emancipatory paths towards global citizenship and socio-environmental justice.Reflections by Pope Francis were included from his Apostolic Exhortation Laudate Deumand Encyclical Laudato Si. In this chaotic context, the objective was to understand the categories of “integral ecology”and “socio-environmental justice”, in the context of climate change. For a situational view of the climate scenario, information from the press was used, followed by a literature review. | |
| dc.description.resumo | Neste artigo, analisou-se a situação de caos climático causado por fatores naturais e humanos no Brasil. Optou-se por apresentar um cenário desse caos, compreendendo-o a partir de uma base epistemológica e teórico-metodológica para fundamentar a compreensão contraditória dos fenômenos e, ao mesmo tempo, perceber a construção de caminhos emancipadores para uma cidadania global e justiça socioambiental. Incluíram-se reflexões do Papa Francisco em sua Exortação Apostólica Laudate Deume Encíclica Laudato Si. Nesse quadro caótico, objetivou-se aprofundar a compreensão em torno das categorias “ecologia integral”e “justiça socioambiental”, no contexto das mudanças climáticas. Para uma visão conjuntural do cenário climático, utilizou-se de informações da imprensa, seguidas de uma revisão de literatura. | |
