Resumo
The objective of this study was to present the challenges faced by interns on the Physical Education course at UFG during the Supervised Internship process. To achieve this purpose, results from research not published by the guiding professor were analyzed. The categories of analysis were identified by
analyzing a questionnaire answered by interns participating in the study, which took place in 2018. The analysis found that there are significant challenges that are faced by interns. The first point identified in the studies is the ability to present content and evaluate learning. The second point concerns the
inclusion of students with disabilities in Physical Education classes. The third concerns the approach to topics related to the diversity of individuals. Final considerations point to the need to enrich teacher training, with supervised internship as a field of study, in order to consider difficulties and contradictions perceived by students of the degree course in Physical Education.
