Resumo

The role of Physical Education in Childrens Education allows, through its performance in the teaching-learning process, to aid and stimulate motor and social development, associated with other pedagogical practices developed at school. The evaluation process and how it is done in Early Childhood Education is still a much-discussed point because it varies according to the way of working and individuality of a teacher and the Pedagogical Political Project approached in Early Childhood Education. This study is part of the scope of social research, which had as its main objective to analyze the impact of the Physical Education teacher in Early Childhood Education on the evaluation of a child’s teaching-learning process. The specific objectives of this research were to identify the perceptions of teachers working in Early Childhood Education about the evaluation process and to analyze the evaluation instruments used in the process of Physical Education evaluation in Kindergarten Education. As a theoretical basis of this research, a literature search was conducted on the subject proposed by this study, ranging from book publications to scientific articles. The methodology was based on qualitative research, approached using an online questionnaire, allowing teachers, the subjects of the research, to answer at the appropriate time. The questionnaires, associated with the literature review allowed us to verify that there is knowledge about the act of evaluating Early Childhood Education. It was possible to observe in this study that Early Childhood Education should be an inclusive environment, aiming to assist the childs full development. Physical Education in this school environment is of great importance since it can be observed from the research that Physical Education teachers consider themselves as mediators and guides in the psychomotor development of students, as well as in their inclusion as individuals belonging to a society. The evaluation practice of Physical Education in Kindergarten is a process in which there is not a correct way to be performed since it may vary according to the teachers way of working and the school&#s work plan. In addition, it was observed that the most used instruments are the observations made every day, in addition to notes and conversations with students, allowing each student to show their experiences and learning from the dialog, besides allowing the teacher to know when it is necessary to modify their teaching-learning process.
