Margem de comercialização do leite em Goiás

Resumo

The objective of this study was to analyze the marketing margin of UHT milk along the chain in Goiás state from January 2005 to December 2013. Results showed that the majority of margins obtained with the marketing of milk in Goiás goes to wholesalers. Through the analysis of the marketing margin is possible to realize the great influence that the wholesale market has on milk prices in Goiás state.
