Qualidade do leite cru refrigerado em função do tipo de ordenha

Resumo

The objective of the research was compare the quality of the milk gotten for hand milking and mechanic. The centesimal composition, SCC and TBC were carried through electronically. Was compared the hand milking and mechanic, by means of the analysis of variance and test of Tukey 5% of probability. Was used, for the statistical analysis the SAS. The gotten results evidence the necessity to improve the quality of the milk gotten for mechanic milking.
