Resumo
This work proposes the development and analysis of the Strategic Gamification Framework (FGE), materialized in the Academy Deck prototype, as an integrated theoreticalmethodological model for higher education. The research is grounded in the Design Science Research (DSR) paradigm, creating a functional artifact that simultaneously acts as an interactive learning tool, a rigorous assessment of higher cognitive competencies, and an effective institutional branding strategy. The Academy Deck consists of a modular card game composed of 380 units distributed across functional categories, a chronological board, special dice with cognitive decoding, and comprehensive universal accessibility features. The theoretical framework articulates three integrated pillars: Dynamic, grounded in Game Design theories and Csikszentmihalyi's flow (1990); Pedagogical, based on Vygotsky's meaningful learning theories (1989) and Gee's immediate feedback (2007); and Strategic, anchored in Kotler and Keller's experiential branding (2016). The developed prototype applies to the theme of Art and Design History, spanning from Modernism to Contemporary. The methodology includes systematic literature review, iterative prototyping, and the structuring of the annual Academy Deck Annual Challenge event model for empirical validation and institutional value generation. Theoretical results demonstrate that FGE transcends the superficial gamification criticized by Bogost (2011), systematically operationalizing principles of "meaningful play" according to Salen and Zimmerman (2003). The research contributes to national pedagogical innovation by offering a methodologically replicable model, complete technical documentation, and reusable templates that democratize access to the methodology. It is concluded that transforming educational assessment from a punitive moment into a celebration of knowledge is feasible, urgent, and theoretically grounded.
