Resumo
The research in question aims to investigate how moral harassment at work mirrors family conflicts, to cause suffering to the subjects on the scene. From this, we seek to understand workplace bullying as a field capable of promoting mechanisms of repetition, identification with the aggressor, projection, affections, fixations, and traumas. It is about understanding how the work environment awakens traumatic childhood fixations. This investigation was based on the psychoanalytic theories of Sigmund Freud and Sándor Ferenczi, to clarify social relations since childhood, the identification process, and trauma. And, in a complementary way, the Psychodynamics of Work developed by Christophe Dejours was used to clarify work as an impact factor on the subject's identity. The research made it possible to understand that bullying is capable of returning to destructuring issues in childhood. This can be a strong trigger for violent behavior, promoting mental illness in those who are part of the work environment. Therefore, a healthy path to this issue encompasses spaces for listening and behaviors to confront such violence
