De acuerdo con algunos estudios sobre la enseñanza de la geografía (Cavalcanti, 2002 y Callai,
2005) sugirieron que el trabajo de esta disciplina en las escuelas a desarrollar lecturas y análisis
cotidiana que permiten a los estudiantes a entender las diferentes disposiciones espaciales. En
que sentido, estamos llevando a cabo una encuesta entre los estudiantes de secundaria cuyos
propósito de integrar el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la Geografía estudio sobre el
espacio representación geográfica y cartográfica, a través de la construcción y el uso de los
mapas mental. Se propone este lenguaje cartográfico para ser utilizado como material didáctico
en las clases de geografía, de la articulación entre el contenido, geográfica y conocimientos
adquiridos por los alumnos a lo largo de la formación escolar. Para llevar a cabo esta investigación
se estableció una asociación con el Estado Teacher Colegio Genesco Ferreira de Bretas, ubicado
en la ciudad de Goiânia / GO, con el fin de cumplir con las prácticas de los profesores Geografía
de la escuela secundaria y para trabajar tanto en la formación continua de los docentes como
contribuir al desarrollo de las actividades escolares relacionadas con el uso de un mapa mental.
According to some studies about education of geography (CAVALCANTI, 2002 and CALLAI, 2005) is suggested that the work this subject in the school develop readings and analyses everyday allow students to understand the different arrangements spatial. This meaning, we are conducting a survey of high school students that aims to integrate the teaching-learning process of Geography the study of the geographical space and cartographic representation, through of the construction and use of mind maps. This language cartographic is proposed for use as teaching material in geography lessons, from the articulation among content, geographical concepts and knowledge learned by students throughout school training. To perform this research partnership was established with the Colégio Estadual Professor Genesco Ferreira de Bretas, located in the city of Goiânia/GO, in order to know the practices of teachers of geography high school and to work both in the continuing education of teachers as contributing to the development of school activities linked to the use of mind map.
