Resumo
This work intends to understand the relation between the social network and the organizational
communication present in the networks’ relation at Embrapa Rice and Beans and at Shopping
Goiás Center Modas. The study of these networks has been conducted by the analysis of the
social networks’ method. There has been a verification of the influence of networks on the
implemented strategy of communication, the verification if the communication, inside the two
institutions, allowed the expansion of networks and if the weak ties, identified on the research,
allowed the expasion of social network. Some measurements from social networks’ analysis were
used and with these data it could be concluded that some actors were responsible to the networks’
dynamics, that some actors showed potential to facilitate the expansion of the network and the
connectivit between ties.
