Diagnóstico dos produtores orgânicos da feira agroecológica do Mercado Municipal de Goiânia-GO

Resumo

Organic agriculture is understood as a sustainable agriculture practice, with minimal offensive interference on the environment. We sought to identify in this work practices and motivations of organic products marketers in Goiania. A census with traders this open market, using semi-structured questionnaires, from which it was extracted that all marketers who sell products of plant origin in nature have certification on organic agriculture by the IBD, which did not occur with animal products or processed products. It was also found that the main motivation for the practice of organic agriculture is a health concern, which ends up being a draw for consumers, who have become loyal, and maintains the operation of the organic open market in Goiania, despite the difficulties faced by marketers.
