Resumo
Analysis of the marketing strategies applied to promote the products and services of the libraries network of the Goiás trade social service (Sesc Goiás). The objective was to analyze the impact of the interaction of users with the actions developed during 2018 by the Sesc universitário. A qualitative and quantitative research it was made, using questionnaires to collect information with the users and an interview with the librarian responsible for the unit. The proposed question was to find out if the actions carried out in the Sesc universitário are being efficient to make the real users participate in them. As a result, we can highlight that the actions are affirmative and reach the real audience that frequents the information unit, but there is a weak dissemination in social media.
