Resumo
This paper aims to collaborate with scientific studies with the general objective of
relating to gender issues and the occupations of female audiences in teacher training the
concerns of female and male genders in teaching activities and in training spaces, understanding
in a social, political and historical manner how the demarcation of the feminization of these
spaces was organized in the various derivations of non-linear contexts of the issue. It also deals
with the guidelines of women's struggles in the educational and training context, spaces that
historically need fronts of resistance and struggles for the construction of educational rights to be
made viable. The work focuses on understanding these questions from the qualitative research
methodology based on bibliographic analyzes of books, theses and scientific and quantitative
papers considering national data and surveys carried out by educational competence bodies and
data analysis made it possible to understand that. In fact, teacher training courses have gone
through a process of feminization, both in terms of social structure and numbers, a result that
was essential to raise questions about what is still reiterated in the context of gender in both
training and education.
