Resumo
When considering factors such as the dissolution of the Ministry of Culture, together with the advent of the Covid-19 pandemic, it is clear how the process of propagation of cultural actions in Brazil is inhibited. However, music can be seen as a protagonist in the midst of cultural activities, which account for more than 2% of the national Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Thus, this research aims to create a smartphone application that promotes greater interaction between agents in the music decision chain, with the dissemination and promotion of musical events, improving this contact, making it more appropriate among interested parties. The Nielsen Norman Group (2017) method was used, with four steps and 12 tools, which start from the conceptualization of the object to the development of its prototypes. As a result, with the use of UX/UI knowledge, a medium fidelity prototype was created. This prototype, accompanied by the theoretical foundation, will serve future researchers interested in the optimized interaction of musical culture, and in access to suitable methods for the development of digital interfaces. This is an innovative project, as it places the three agents in the decision chain as simultaneous protagonists – artists, public and event organizers – meeting their needs and benefiting their connections.
