Resumo
An early and thoughtful planning can help any business succeed in their goals. A communications plan is a document made at the corporate planning process that will assist the company in time to make important future decisions. Thinking about it, this paper discusses the concepts of some terms necessary when considering the communication plan, including: brand, image and positioning. Besides concepts and steps of a communication plan well formulated. Soon after, we apply our expertise in developing the communication plan of Bioclínica Laboratory, located in the city of Jaraguá-GO. For this, we studied the conditions of the laboratory with the aid of the fund birefing and research, including the environment where it is inserted, so therefore we could offer the best communication options for the case study and Bioclínica Laboratory can achieve their goals in the market.
