Abstract

Moralism and Morality in the School Environment and Their Influence on Educators' Mental Health. It investigated, through bibliographic studies, how the rise of moralism in contemporary society has impacted the school environment and brought consequences for the mental health of education professionals in both public and private schools. The qualitative research was based on a bibliographic survey and the development of reading notes and syntheses. The study highlighted how moralists in current politics make decisions based on their conservative ideals, aiming to undermine schools and educators to ensure their ideas prevail. It also revealed how this mental strain affects private and public schools differently, though both require measures to ensure a healthy environment for educators
