PROEJA dos Institutos Federais de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Estado de Goiás: práticas pedagógicas e formação continuada de professores

Abstract

In this paper we show data about teacher`s training using PROEJA dialogues, seminars and the research “Professional education for youth and adults: Goiás Proeja experience. From the dialogue between subjects involved in the educational process and researchers we tried to evidence what motivates teachers on teaching and stay in the project by reflecting if there is PROEJA assumption or not to go beyond a temporary program and become a public policy as PROEJA basic document claims.
