Resumo
This work is a task created for the production of tools for micro milling the reuse of samples of micro mills that were used and discarded by the method of non-conventional machining of Electro-erosion. The conventional milling of EDM, the milling process and the micro milling process. The main objectives are also to reuse / recycle, develop and research non-conventional machining areas and micro machining through the manufacture of a micro mill with reuse of samples and use of tools in research and research. micro-machining, thus contributing to the scientific development of both parties.
It was also used a methodology for the use of cutting tools by the method of Electroerosion, such as the parameters used and the criteria for their selection. It briefly and briefly explained the steps and results found, and the results obtained. The production of micro mill and use the same at the same microbial processing. The first step was done from a listing, and a search continues through new studies to optimize the results found.
