Resumo
In the last decades we can see an important
expansion for the heritage. UNESCO and Iphan extend
the public politics for the heritage in order to attend the
vast repertory of cultural expressions and the plural social
identities. The edict, that establishes the register of
“intangible cultural references”, is instigating the especial
interest of anthropologists. If the “cultural references”
are what “culture” means, than they are always important
matter of register from many folkloristics and anthropologists.
Nevertheless, there is some difference and it is
not about the subject itself, but epistemological. It is
important to reflect about the social responsibility of
inventory maker anthropologists, who make cultural expertises about specific groups, when they participate
to the process of inventory and/or register of intangible
reference. It is opportune to make analogies with the
practices of Indian anthropologists. In front of that new
challenge it is necessary to make anthropologic reflections
about its concerning theory and ethic.
