dc.description.abstractIn the last decades we can see an important expansion for the heritage. UNESCO and Iphan extend the public politics for the heritage in order to attend the vast repertory of cultural expressions and the plural social identities. The edict, that establishes the register of “intangible cultural references”, is instigating the especial interest of anthropologists. If the “cultural references” are what “culture” means, than they are always important matter of register from many folkloristics and anthropologists. Nevertheless, there is some difference and it is not about the subject itself, but epistemological. It is important to reflect about the social responsibility of inventory maker anthropologists, who make cultural expertises about specific groups, when they participate to the process of inventory and/or register of intangible reference. It is opportune to make analogies with the practices of Indian anthropologists. In front of that new challenge it is necessary to make anthropologic reflections about its concerning theory and ethic.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoNas últimas décadas assistimos à expansão significativa da afeição pelo patrimônio. Unesco e Iphan ampliam as políticas públicas para os patrimônios com objetivo de atender ao vasto repertório de expressões culturais e à pluralidade das identidades sociais. O decreto que instituiu o registro dos “bens culturais de natureza imaterial” tem provocado especial interesse dos antropólogos. Se as “referências culturais” são o que se considera “cultura”, elas sempre foram o objeto de registro mais caro dos folcloristas e antropólogos. Contudo, uma diferença há e não é de objeto, mas sim epistemológica. Importa refletir sobre a responsabilidade social dos antropólogos inventariantes, que ao participarem do processo de inventário e/ou registro de um bem cultural realizam laudos culturais sobre grupos específicos. Analogias com as práticas de antropólogos indigenistas são oportunas. Reflexões antropológicas de ordem teórica e ética se impõem ante o novo desafio.pt_BR
