Item Programa introdutório à fluidodinâmica computacional com a solução numérica do escoamento de Couette(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2020-03-20) Moreira, Cláudio Tomás Galvão; Silva, Jhone Caldeira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6848751340618892; Silva, Jhone Caldeira; Silva, Rosângela Maria da; Moreira Neto, Sandra ImaculadaThis work propose an introductory program to solve a Couette Flow numerically as a didactical methodology so that the students have an insight view of the true nature of an CFD Software: the numerically resolution of the governing equations, with limitations, simplifications and of extreme complexity.Item Teoria do cálculo financeiro para professores do ensino médio(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2020-08-11) Moura, Danilo de Araújo; Rodrigues, Paulo Henrique de Azevedo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8910130626123426; Rodrigues, Paulo Henrique de Azevedo; Martins, Ivonildes Ribeiro; Rocha, Danilo de Araújo MouraThe main objective of this dissertation is to provide theoretical research material for high school mathematics teachers on concepts of Financial Calculation, which can be worked on in the classroom. Therefore, it does not focus on the practical bias of the content, but rather theoretical, using mottos, theorems and corollaries, with the respective demonstrations, when possible, in the construction of the material, and elementary definitions, corroborating to correct possible difficulties that may high school teachers have in relation to a more formal specific theoretical concept in the development of the theme in the school environment. There are also current issues such as the new Brazilian Olympic modality, that is, the Brazilian Financial Education Olympics (OBEF), as well as the media perspective, from the Ministry of Education (MEC) and the National Education Council (CNE) on the Financial Education, with the purpose of informing high school teachers to observe the importance of the development of Financial Calculation. In addition, as a specific objective, there will be the resolution of seven problems on theoretical concepts of Financial Calculation, worked on in the first three chapters, if the teacher wants, in principle, to enjoy a more usual increase in the theme. Thus, the general proposal is to provide a source of theoretical research, on various concepts of Financial Calculation for teachers, who have difficulties in relation to theoretical concepts of the theme, in their formal treatments, contributing to theoretical and non-practical exposure itself.Item Ensino de empreendedorismo na educação básica. Uma proposta de abordagem dos temas: educação financeira, educação fiscal e as relações de consumo(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2020-07-24) Persijn, Ferdinand Tokarski; Lemes, Max Valério; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6512955169729670; Santos, Maria Bethânia Sardeiro dos; Santos Júnior, Porfírio Azevedo dos; Lemes, Max ValérioFinancial Education, Financial Mathematics, Tax Education are addressed in this work in the view of Educational Entrepreneurship, the 5th competence defended by UNESCO. Although the term entrepreneurship is widely discussed today, how to work it at school, be it public or private? In this work it is shown three practical experiences related to the topic. We started with the study of the National Common Curricular Base, highlighting the skills and competences related to the proposed theme. In the National High School Exam, we tried to highlight how much the issues surrounding the proposed themes appear, in a historical series since the exam was created. The reader will be introduced to the importance of Financial Education, its relationship with Financial Mathematics and also, to a report of a practical and successful application in Elementary Education. Fiscal Education or Tax Education, with an emphasis on practice, demonstrated in the second proposal of work in a public school with high school students. We organized these two aspects and, in the third Work Proposal, the broader Educational Entrepreneurship project is presented, in which it is then possible to work with the connected disciplines. In this context, the relations of consumption, value, price are explored and the student is led to think in the short, medium and long term.Item Uma relação entre a probabilidade e os modelos de genética populacional utilizados no ensino médio(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2020-06-30) Preda, André Luís; Souza, Mário José; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4862963990848505; Souza, Mário José; Dias, Ivonildes Ribeiro Martins; Cunha, Maria Francisca daThis work aims to search for a relationship between the probability and the population genetics models used in high school and some relationships that can occur in a classroom. Methodologically, we present the work and focus on the role of the teacher who seeks in other areas of knowledge a way of applying mathematical knowledge, using interdisciplinary as an interesting tool in his classes. This research also comments on certain ways that the mathematics teacher can conduct the questions in a classroom, sharpening and arousing the student’s interest in other ways of understanding the probability, using a part of biology as a means. It also brings in the light of Brazilian education standards, especially the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC) and on which aspects it is based. Then, it promotes a content review in Newton’s Binomial, Combinatory Analysis and Probability, subjects that justify the application of our work and that we understand to be of great importance for the students’ learning in high school. In the sequence, some examples of the application of the work are shown and some ways to approach these questions in what concerns the studies of population genetics and the way to make the students of the second and third year in High School realize the knowledge. As a result, it seeks to show, from the students’ feedback in the classroom, that the production of knowledge based on problem propositions can encourage discovery and instigate the search for knowledge. To conclude, we believe that this interdisciplinary interaction has the strength to encourage an approximation between areas of knowledge that are sometimes so distant in the student’s viewItem As estratégias de um milhão(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2020-07-14) Roque, Aguiobey de Souza; Lemes, Max Valério; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6512955169729670; Silva, Geci José Pereira da; Veras, Daiane Soares; Lemes, Max ValérioThis work presents the content of financial mathematics, which is presented in high school in a superficial way, where its examples are neither practical nor real, which hinders interest and learning. We managed to observe many financial decisions all wrongly, so in this work we report situations in which we can use financial mathematics to make better decisions in life. We show some savings (basic concepts), financing, financing systems, investments and strategies for the accumulation of equity. The work aims to show a comparison between three strategies for the accumulation of equity that have the same financial effort in their realization. At the end of each strategy, the accumulated equity includes a property and a sum of money, the difference of which reaches up to 32.5 % in favor of the winning strategy.Item Círculo matemático: experiências com graduandos em matemática e alunos do ensino médio(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2020-05-28) Silva, Raphael Luca Souza da; Souza, Mário José de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4862963990848505; Souza, Mário José de; Dias, Ivonildes Ribeiro Martins; Cunha, Maria Francisca daIn this work we highlight the Math Circle, an extracurricular project which originated in the former Soviet Union that gathers students, teachers and future mathematic teachers weakly to have fun while solve problems. Besides presenting the Math Circle, we reported two experiences of application of this project, one with graduate students and other one with high school students.Item A álgebra dos polinômios(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2020-05-28) Sousa, Reginaldo Jacinto de; Dias , Ivonildes Ribeiro Martins; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8664599889120339; Dias , Ivonildes Ribeiro Martins; Martins, Ivonildes Ribeiro; Assis, Aline Mota de MesquitaIn this work, we will approach the definition of polynomial using the concept of sequence, which allows you to remove the ambiguity from the symbol x, and we will study the algebraic structure of the polynomial rings, the concept and criteria of polynomial irreducibility and factoring of a polynomial in the product of irreducible polynomials, aiming to provide mathematics teachers who work in high school, a deepening in the study of abstract algebra. Obtaining, some suggestions of applications in the classroom, for example, the study of the rationality of a given number.Item Números naturais e fracionários: aspectos históricos, operações e bases numéricas(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2020-07-30) Souza, Luiz Carlos de; Silva, Geci José Pereira da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9174074436425246; Silva, Geci José Pereira da; Gomes, Alacyr José; Freitas, Thiago Porto de AlmeidaOne of Profmat's objectives is to provide solid mathematical training for the development of teaching in Basic Education. Thus, in this dissertation, we present a historical rescue on counting, numbering system, a simple classification of the numbering system and numbering systems of some ancient peoples, different types of the algorithm for the four operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division), historical context on fractions, history of addition algorithms for positional systems, highlighting the improvement of numbers and calculations over the years. To draw teachers 'attention to students' difficulties in understanding operations on the decimal basis, we applied the operations on bases 5 and 6 and presented discussions on parity, prime numbers, MMC, and fractions in other numbering bases. In the end, we briefly discussed the need for students in the initial grades to have contact with other numbering bases.Item A educação financeira como tema transversal na educação básica(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2020-04-28) Teixeira, Simone de Souza; Silva, Geci José Pereira da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9174074436425246; Silva, Geci José Pereira da; Gomes, Alacyr José; Silva, Élida Alves daIn this work, we present the results of the questionnaires, applied to teachers and students of schools of basic education, addressing previous financial knowledge of those involved and their relationship with the terms of Financial Education studied in schools. In Chapter 1, we dedicate ourselves to understanding what Financial Education is and how it has been implemented in Brazil. In Chapter 2, we present the results and analyzes of the questionnaires applied to students and teachers of basic education. In Chapter 3, we present some subjects that are generally in the headlines of newspapers and magazines and therefore deserve attention at school when approaching Financial Education as a transversal theme. We also discussed the concepts necessary for the student to have autonomy to read these subjects. We finish our work aware that people do not understand the financial cycle in which they are involved. They fail to understand most of the issues that make up the daily headlines of newspapers and magazines and this ends up interfering with their planning and quality of life, as well as their ability to exercise full citizenship. Thus, it is necessary to put into practice the effective work with Financial Education in schools, since the real implementation of this proposal is at an early stage in Brazil, that is, it has practically not yet left the paper.
