Item Gestão do projeto e sua interface com o canteiro de obras sob a ótica da preparação da execução de obras (PEO)(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2013-09-26) Arrotéia, Aline Valverde; Melhado, Silvio Burrattino; Amaral, Tatiana Gondim do; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7298757233386815; Brandstetter, Maria Carolina Gomes O.; Fabrício, Márcio MintoDuring the last twenty years the construction field in Brazil has evolved significantly in response to its market growing and competitiveness. However this evolving path has faced many obstacles such as cultural barriers and the lack of efforts to achieve quality at the Brazilian construction site. As one of the causes of this facts the lack of integration between construction and the designing process generates waste, pathologies, work redone and improvised changes originated by incompatible projects which were taken by incapacitated personnel at an inconvenient moment. At the same time, the great amount of information generated on the designing or construction phases is lost due to the lack of an effective coordination of these activities. From this scenario Souza (2001), has developed two management methods in her doctorate thesis named Preparation for the Execution of Buildings (known as PEO) and the Pro-active Coordination (known as CPA), these methods are based on the application of the processes adopted by the French construction industry on Brazilian construction sites. These methodologies aim to establish the integration of the project phases by a set of actions and activities implemented by a system of meetings where the main objective is to discuss the projects and the planning of the construction site seeking to obtain a better quality and better outcome on the productive process. These methodologies aim to bring expressive improvements on the productivity, as well as on the lowering of waste, on the settlement of goals, on planning actions in accordance with all the agents involved and mainly on the reduction of costs allied to higher quality standards. Thus is an objective of this research to implement the Preparation on the Execution of Buildings (PEO) seeking to understand the management of the designing process and its interface with the construction site. The methodology applied on the development of the analysis is classified as qualitative and it will be carried by the practical application of the research and the evaluation of its results. Thus, the study was divided into two stages, one of them intended for a pilot study of PEO in Company A, and the other to the implementation of PEO on the company B. This way, the method was developed from a system meetings entitled structured in three different stages: the release of PEO; the development of PEO and the completion of the intensive phase of PEO, which were performed over a period from two to three months. The data analysis was structured upon five main aspects which were evaluated during the implementation of the method on the studied companies. These aspects were: the actions taken during the PEO phase, the development of the actions and the participation of the agents; the internal structure of the companies analyzed; The management and design coordination and the contract form of the contractors, architects and engineers. The results obtained demonstrated the PEO method's effectiveness and viability while a booster on the improvement of project management. Therefore, it can be concluded that the PEO is feasible to be applied in building construction companies, since this method can contribute to the integration of the design phases and construction, as well as to the improvement of the communication between the agents involved in the building construction field.Item LCAT: ferramenta de avaliação da implementação da construção enxuta(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2017-06-21) Camargo Filho, Carlos Augusto Bouhid de; Amaral, Tatiana Gondim do; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7298757233386815; Amaral, Tatiana Gondim do; Silva, Frederico Martins Alves da; Barros Neto, José de PaulaThe use of tools to analyze the implementation and use of practices and principles of lean construction is extremely necessary for them to be successful and bring the expected results. Therefore, the tool which is going to be used must be adequate and capable of measuring in the best possible way the real state of the construction company against lean philosophy. This research's objective is to develop a tool to evaluate the degree of implementation of the lean construction in building companies. The LCAT (Lean Construction Assessment Tool) has been developed based on other tools previously proposed with the aim of supply the deficiencies presented by them, mainly the absence of statistical treatment and in the fidelity of the results. Using multivariate data analysis techniques, such as hierarchical group analysis, form revisions were performed, which, according to the comparative tests executed, increased their level of replication and applicability. The evaluation form was analyzed by experts, who classified the items as their importance, complexity and time of implementation. The Fuzzy Inference System was utilized in order to reduce the subjectivity and interpretation bias of the evaluator, which generated closer results between two different applicators to the same object of study. As a secondary result, the participating companies of the applications were evaluated towards the implementation of the lean construction. It was noticed that the companies, for the most part, still do not apply lean construction concepts and tools, evidences were found only of the application practices that interfaced with other areas of management, such as quality and planning.Item Desenvolvimento técnico e avaliação de custo e benefício do sistema construtivo de painéis sanduíche, com núcleo de garrafas PET, moldados no local(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2016-01-28) Fernandes, Georgeo Dias; Araújo, Daniel de Lima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8801080897723883; Amaral, Tatiana Gondim do; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7298757233386815; Amaral, Tatiana Gondim do; Cascudo, Oswaldo; Barros, Mercia Maria S. Bottura deTraditional construction methods are questioned, because of low productivity, waste, rework, low standardization, among other things. Because of these problems and taking into account environmental aspects, new building systems that make use of reusable or recyclable materials from other industries are analyzed to verify its efficiency in technical and economic level. In this context, the aim of the dissertation is to describe the technical development and assess costs and benefits of the constructive system sandwich panels, molded on site, which reuses bottles of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) to make up the core of the walls and slabs. Concerning the technical development was described experiments and tests carried out for the conformation of the construction system, with the configuration of its characteristics and peculiarities, discussed the results of the tests performed, including the early to define the structural safety of the walls and slabs together with the presentation of the theoretical model calculation and performance evaluation for the validation. In the economic aspect, there was a comparison between the traditional construction system and the studied system. The cost direct was examined and observed the benefits with the help of value attributes expected to prefabricated options construction, drawn by Cook (2013), namely: direct costs (material and labor), time (schedule), design flexibility, work time management, quality, delivery and conference in work, subcontractors activities in work, work safety, exercise stress testing, health, environmental impact, LEED certification, rubble and dispensing, public relations, marketing, maintenance (life cycle). With the help of estimators engineers, through interviews, the steps we investigated, activities, productivity and resources needed to execute a project in the traditional building system, building system in masonry traditional system and building system analyzed. Was elaborated cost composition of spreadsheets and productivity for hypothetical situations of conventional and innovative construction system of sealing walls with slabs of residential buildings and walls and structural slabs works until two floors. The mapping process was designed, in which to extract the consideration of potential benefits or otherwise of the building system. Technical descriptions highlight the possibility of constructive feasibility of sandwich panels, with core of PET bottles, molded on site. And the evaluation of costs and benefits demonstrates its value, not so much due to the direct cost, but in terms of building system management benefits.Item Planejamento e controle de cronograma físico de obras por mei oda corrente crítica no Ms Project(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2015-08-27) Resende, Vitor Hugo Martins e; Amaral, Tatiana Gondim do; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7298757233386815; Amaral , Tatiana Gondim do; Brandstetter, Maria Carolina Gomes de Oliveira; Machado, Ricardo LuizWe noticed that even with the diversity of computational tools, along with the management, a lack of efficiency in meeting project deadlines in construction work. Several studies indicate failures in project management, highlighting the existence of problems related to planning and control of construction works, as the most recurring. The critical chain is an application of the theory of constraints in project management that aims to meet the deadlines, through the lungs management of consumption. In this context, the present study evaluates the implementation of the critical chain methodology in a physical planning using Ms Project as management software, in a construction work company. The methodology used was a case study and was conducted in two projects, located in the cities of Guapó and Palmeiras de Goiás, in the State of Goiás. According to the study, as the application in construction work, the results show that the Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) can be applied in compliance with all steps recommended by the theory. Regarding the fulfillment of the project’s deadline, the study showed that in companies with emphasized problems in planning and financing, delays continue. In the financial aspect, we noticed that the delay in transferring funds by the funding agency, attached to the Federal Government, to the company impacted directly on planning the purchase of materials, equipment and workforce. The methodology of critical current proved to be applicable to the construction work sector and the Ms Project software, but with limitations. Among the limits, it is worth mentioning the use in very extensive schedules and the carrying out of steps without the aid of automatic functions or the method known as "manual", in Ms Project. As a solution to this limitation, the study presents the use of Ms Project on critical chain using automatic routines (macros). As a result, while using the "manual" it was noticed a significantly higher period of time, compared with the automatic, in addition to the possibility of errors in data entry and reworking. In automatic method, the time is reduced and errors and reworking are eliminated. Both in the "manual" method, as the automatic method, the steps of creating convergence lungs and the late start of the tasks are not feasible for long schedules, which are characteristic of real estate undertakings of social interest.Item Compromissos em equipes de projeto de edifícios(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2014-08-25) Santos, Vinícius Carrião dos; Amaral, Tatiana Gondim do; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7298757233386815; Amaral, Tatiana Gondim do; Brandstetter, Maria Carolina Gomes de Oliveira; Barros Neto, José de PaulaThe ineffectiveness and inefficiency of the commitments set out within the building project teams cause losses as rework, delays and additional costs for the following phases of the project and undermine interpersonal relationships. Communication is the tool used to coordinate actions to achieve the completion of the whole project. The observation of the process of establishing commitment allowed to recognize the dynamics of actions that involves the commitments and the possible impacts of the quality of these commitments in the design process. The goal of the research was to investigate how the commitments are established through conversations and interaction between participants of the project coordination team through Conversation Analysis technique. The research has a qualitative and exploratory character and was developed a case study of project coordination meetings. As results can be seen that the Conversation Analysis technique is suitable as a support for the study of commitment, was identified what actions are more closely linked to commitment and also suggested guidelines for practitioners to value the time of commitments establishment. In the academic field, the research contributes to enhancing the theme of communication and interaction in Construction, approach still recent in Brazil and worldwide. To the practice of managing the design process, the research presents a technique that can help agents to improve their communication skills and grasp its commitments as set out in the workplace by providing means to assess and adjust the process while developing.Item Indicadores de sustentabilidade ambiental na etapa de execução de edificações multipavimentos(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2013-09-20) Silva, Camilla Pompêo de Camargo e; Hora, Karla Emmanuela Ribeiro; Amaral, Tatiana Gondim do; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7298757233386815; Amaral, Tatiana Gondim do; Hora, Karla Emmanuela Ribeiro; Cardoso, Francisco Ferreira; Carasek, HelenaConcern for the future of the planet is present in everyday society, since issues are common in current newspapers and are part of discussions on social media and academics, leading to a restructuring in various spheres of society. Since the destruction of the environment continues to be a threat to contemporary life, different actors such as governments, consumers, investors and associations see prompting, encouraging and pushing the construction sector to incorporate sustainable practices into their activities . The tendency to regard the environment is already present not only by laws and regulations to be followed, but the scarcity of resources, which requires better control and rational use of materials. Therefore, there is the study of the reduction of the negative impacts of the construction phase of projects, to the extent that the construction industry, as well as a large consumer of natural resources, is a source of many negative impacts to the environment. In this sense, this research aims to propose and assess the use of indicators of environmental sustainability in residential buildings in the execution phase of the work, aiming to guide and measure the incorporation of sustainable practices for the construction industry in Goiás. The research, with exploratory and approaches both qualitative and quantitative, was developed through theoretical studies, involving national and international literature review, as well as action research in a construction company that has five certifications Goiás, these being ISO 9001 : 2008 System Quality Management, ISO 16001 : 2004 Management System Social Responsibility, ISO 14001 : 2004 Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001 : 2007 System Management of Health and Safety at Work and the Brazilian Program for Quality and Productivity Habitat - PBQP - H. As main results we present the design, implementation and use of the system of environmental sustainability indicators aimed at the application stage ventures through a notebook of indicators and application examples.
