Resumo
The present work is a qualitative research that seeks to reflect on a model of
teacher formation based on the perspective of initial and continued integrated
formation, developed within the context of a Small Research Group, at school
field interface with the university field. We sought to emphasize the
performances of the formers intern, undergraduate students the course of the
degree licentiate in physics at the Goiás Federal University, and more
specifically those who develop their activities in a school in the city of
Aparecida de Goiânia. The attention to these agents is due to their
dispositions, which allow them to mobilize their habitus to propose and
promote changes of prevailing capitals in the field of school and in the
university field in which they operate. To develop the study, it was necessary
initially to highlight the perspective in which the work would be analyzed. It
was decided to present historically the genesis of the expression “Small
Research Group”, and the appropriation that different groups made of it,
highlighting two of these groups. Deepening the study gradually, came to
characterize the Large Research Group of the Federal University of Goiás,
considering the fields that constitute it, that is, to characterize individually the
school field, represented by the João Barbosa Reis State School and the
university field represented by the Institute of Physics of the Federal
University of Goiás. And then the four undergraduates chosen for this research
could be analyzed from a broader understanding of the context surrounding
them. From the analysis of the data built in the years of existence of the Small
Research Group, it can be concluded that the graduating graduates
progressively achieved a position of relative autonomy, as they were
recognized by the dominant agents of the fields in which they participated but
they had to, in good measure, give up your convictions in exchange for the
possibility of interference in these fields. Finally, stands out the importance of
the dialog that licensing can to establish through the Small Research Group.
All the interventions and negotiations that they held, provided them with
significant formation, since all agents are aware that they are responsible for
formations each other.
